Recent happenings

I just realized that I didn't blog a lot last week. I guess I was kind of on pins and needles and chomping at the bit to write about Brett and Jenny and put our own happenings at the back on my mind. So, now that the big announcement is made, here's what's been going on at our house over the last little while.

Josh made us some shelves (full post on these coming soon)

Sophie continued to be adorable

We ate our lunch in strange places (and without pants)

(super blurry/crappy pictures but...) We demolished block towers

We spent a lot of time smearing up and looking at ourselves in the mirror

We made muffins

The girls got their first hair cuts!!! It was time. Their hair was awful. I do feel slightly bad that I cut off Sophie's perfect ponytail, but they look so much less...crazy?... now. So I'm glad I did it. 

And yesterday, I went up to Logan with Jenny (See? We really do a lot with each other!). We went to visit family and friends and just to get out of the house. It was fun and although I didn't take too many pictures (i.e. like 3 all of the same thing...) we had a great time. We got Aggie Ice Cream, squeaky cheese, and the girls were perfect the entire time. It got crazy windy and rainy as we were leaving, but other than that, the trip was perfect! 

I also have several posts in the making. One of them is an updated cloth diaper overview. A few things have changed since my last post and I've been getting a pretty good amount of questions lately, so I thought I'd update (along with my thoughts on potty training). Look out for that in the next few days!
