Bath post # 9,437

I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again. Bath time is my favorite. For the most part, the girls absolutely love it. It is getting trickier now that they're bigger because they want to run around in the tub, but usually things are kept under control. I love it because they're contained and entertained. The lighting in my bathroom is surprisingly good and like I said, they love it. I wasn't planning on taking pictures during this bath, but the girls were soooo happy once I plopped them in, that I had to grab my point and shoot that was conveniently sitting in my closet.

 

 

I noticed something yesterday. Both of my girls do the same, cheesy, crooked smile, but opposite from each other. I'm not sure if this was a one time thing, or if they always do it, but it's pretty adorable.

That spot on Sophie's shoulder? That would be water on my lens from them splashing. I swear, I get just as wet as they do when I give them baths.

 I hope it won't bother these girls that 70% of their pictures thus far are of them nekkid in the tub.
Oh well. They can't protest it yet, so I've got to take advantage while I can.

Bath time pictures...again.

Bath time pictures never get old to me. From their very first bath (this post wasn't from then, but it has pictures of their first baths) until now, I'm pretty sure I've documented at least 70% of their baths. It's perfect because they're stuck in the tub and they're usually pretty happy. Although, lately they've been liking baths less and less, which sort of breaks my heart.

Anyway, here's a few of the latest bath pictures.

 

  

It also breaks my heart when I think about the day when they won't want to bathe together. You know, they won't want their sister to see them nekked and they certainly won't want their mother photographing them while in the tub. I know that day is probably just around the corner, so that's why I have to take advantage of it now.

And sorry for the boring blog lately. I'm running out of steam. Don't worry though, something exciting is coming soon. Yeah, that's right. Something exciting is coming your way as soon as I get around to it. :)
