An advantage of cloth diapers and having a twin?
You always have a nice, fluffy spot to rest your head. And yes, Lillian does look drunk in this picture. Super funny.
I'm getting ready to do another cloth diaper post. I hope there are at least a few people out there who are interested (and I'm fairly confident that there are). Like I've said, when you change and wash as many diapers as I do, you learn a LOT on the way and my life has turned into getting excited about talking about prefolds, inserts, build up, stripping (diapers that is), and nice, fluffy, adorable diapers. It should be up on Monday!
One more thing. I borrowed my Dad's old Nikon. Ya know, a camera that requires film. One that has no auto setting. All the pressure is me to not only get the focus, exposure and composition right, but I also can't look at the picture instantly and think, "Nah...I need to take another one". I'm super excited and a little bit nervous. Legit photography, people. Although, the guy at Target was clueless when I said I was looking for film. He thought I meant movies. When I said it was for a camera, he insisted I meant to say SD card. Umm...no. 35mm film. Actual film that produces prints and gives you negatives. Actual photography. Not saying digital isn't actual photography, but there's something about film that's purely authentic. I can't wait to dip my toes into it! It might be a rough start, but I'm super, super excited.
