I'm really bad at coming up with titles for posts. You should probably just stop reading them because they're a bit ridiculous.
Anyway, these girls are really, really fun. They have (in my humble opinion) personalities way bigger than your average 19 month (well, 19 months in a few days) olds. I can't describe it. They're just awesome babies.
A couple days ago, I did a lot of laundry. The girls were playing
in their room and I was in mine folding all of it. I noticed that they
went downstairs, which I didn't think was such a good idea because I
wouldn't be able to keep an eye on them. I called them multiple times
(usually it works) but they completely ignored me. Being the insanely
lazy mother I am, I decided to blast their favorite song
on my iHome and see if that would get them to come. It definitely did. I
knew it probably would, so I set up my station and took a few pictures.
But be warned, the exposure and focus are off a bit. This was literally the first time I picked up my camera in almost two weeks, so I wasn't on the top of my game. BUT guess what? I'm taking a photography night class that starts next week. I'm really, really excited. Hopefully my photo taking skills will improve.
Anyway (for the second time....)
Lillian wasn't super amused. She walked in with part of her blanket collection
but quickly dropped them when she found her toothbrush and flying monkey (and after ripping out her clip)
Sophie came in clapping and shouting, "WOW!"
Oh and she had been eating a sucker. Hence the nakedness and the red drool down her front side...
and then she flashed a few crazy faces. It's obvious that she's my daughter, no?
But it worked. They came upstairs and I was able to finish folding our laundry.
The downside was that the freaked out when the song ended. I decided to choose my battles, so we literally listened to it on repeat for the next 20 minutes or so. So yeah, that was exciting.
And and since I've mentioned it before... The Walking Dead?!? Oh. My. Gosh. Yesterday's episode was pretty traumatizing. I don't know if I have any other words other than traumatizing. Why on earth am I addicted to this show?!
